Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged your dates in writing. We offer two payment options:

Cash payment (best value): guests who pay the full amount in cash upon arrival receive a 20% discount on the total booking price.

Bank transfer: a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance can either be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred one day before check-in.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date may result in the loss of the deposit. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 11:00. Outside peak season arrival days are flexible where the calendar allows.

Occupancy

The number of guests may not exceed the stated capacity of the house without our written agreement. The villas are private homes and may not be used for parties or events without prior consent.

Damage and care

Please treat the houses as you would your own. Guests are responsible for breakages or damage beyond fair wear and tear. A refundable security deposit may be requested for larger groups.

Pools and safety

Pools are unfenced and unsupervised. Children must be supervised at all times. Please do not swim alone or after drinking alcohol.

Liability and law

We are not liable for loss or injury arising from the normal use of the property or its facilities, except where caused by our negligence. These terms are governed by Greek law.
