When you send a booking enquiry we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, requested dates, party size and any message. This site has no account system and collects no payment details.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form does not store data on this website. It prepares a message and opens it in WhatsApp or your own email application, so your details are sent by you, through your chosen channel, and are then subject to that provider's own privacy terms.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, to prepare and manage a booking, and to meet legal obligations such as accommodation and tax records. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing without your consent.
Cookies
We use only what is necessary to run the site and to remember your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser. Embedded Google Maps and Instagram links may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Write to anastasakisvillas@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
